Refund & Subscription Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. To avoid being charged on your next billing date, your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before that date. If this notice period is not met, the charge will be processed, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.

After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription services through the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Cancel

  • Self-service: via your online account portal (available 24/7)
  • Email: support@myrnk.com
  • Phone: +1 (551) 275-0869

2. Refund Policy — General

By submitting your intake form, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription fee is final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy. This applies to all RNK Health products and subscription tiers.

Because federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications once dispensed, and because clinical services begin immediately upon form submission, refunds are not available outside of the specific exceptions listed below.

Subscription Rebill Charges

All subscription rebill charges are final and non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been processed and medication is in preparation or in transit, we are unable to recover those clinical and pharmaceutical costs.

Billing Notifications

To ensure transparency, you will receive an email reminder 7 days before each rebill with the upcoming charge amount, billing date, and options to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before the charge is processed.

Exception — Medical Disqualification

If your licensed provider determines that you are not eligible or are no longer clinically eligible for the subscription services, your subscription will be canceled, and a refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription following disqualification. Contact support@myrnk.com for questions regarding eligibility-based cancellations.

Exception — Damaged or Undelivered Products

Your medication is prepared and shipped by an independent, licensed third-party pharmacy. Regardless of subscription status or billing cycle, we will arrange for a replacement of any product that:

  • Arrives damaged (e.g., leaking, broken vials, compromised packaging);
  • Is delivered incorrectly (wrong item or wrong dosage, verified through internal review); or
  • Fails to be delivered within the expected timeframe.

We will issue a replacement as the default resolution. A refund will only be considered if a replacement cannot be fulfilled (e.g., the product is out of stock or reshipment is not possible). Because fulfillment is handled by the dispensing pharmacy, replacement and reshipment timelines and eligibility are subject to that pharmacy’s policies.

Please note that certain medications, depending on the compounding pharmacy and formulation, are heat-stable and do not require ice packs or temperature-controlled shipping. Damage claims related to temperature exposure for these products are not eligible for replacement or refund, as the packaging meets the required shipping standards for that medication.

To initiate a replacement under this exception, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the medication and packaging.

3. NAD+ Medication — Refund Policy

Dosage & Prescription

NAD+ medication is prescribed individually, with dosages determined by our licensed physicians based on clinical assessment. Treatment is titrated for patient safety, up to the maximum allowable dose as determined by the prescribing provider and the specific offering. Refunds will not be provided based on dosage expectations or preferences, as all dosing decisions are made on clinical grounds.

4. Sermorelin — Refund Policy

Personalized Dosing

Sermorelin is dosed based on individual clinical evaluation. Because this medication is customized per patient, refunds will not be granted if the dosage received does not match patient expectations. All doses are medically indicated by the prescribing provider.

Results & Expectations

As Sermorelin stimulates natural production of growth hormone, results may vary depending on age, lifestyle, and adherence. Dissatisfaction with perceived progress or response does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. GLP-1 Medication (Semaglutide & Tirzepatide) — Refund Policy

GLP-1 medications are prescription-based treatments customized per patient. By submitting your intake form, you acknowledge that your subscription fee is non-refundable except in cases of medical disqualification or damage/incorrect delivery as outlined in this policy.

Results from GLP-1 therapy may vary depending on individual factors, including adherence, lifestyle, and clinical response. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Naltrexone (Alcohol Use Disorder) — Refund Policy

Naltrexone for alcohol use disorder is a prescription-based treatment provided following a clinical evaluation by a licensed provider. By submitting your intake form, you acknowledge that your subscription fee is non-refundable except in cases of medical disqualification or damage/incorrect delivery as outlined in this policy.

Not all patients will qualify for treatment. If your provider determines that you are not clinically eligible, your subscription will be canceled, and the unused portion will be refunded in accordance with the Medical Disqualification exception above. Results may vary depending on individual factors and adherence, and dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. DNA Testing Services — Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only if the DNA test kit has not yet been ordered.

Once the kit has been ordered, the purchase is final and non-refundable, regardless of whether results have been processed or delivered.

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, a replacement kit will be provided at no additional charge. The remedy is limited to kit replacement, not a refund.

8. Subscription Services — Key Information

What is included in my subscription?

Your subscription includes a single price covering: live consultations and electronic form reviews with a licensed provider; medications fulfilled through a licensed pharmacy; blood panels if required by your clinician; care support; a 24/7 patient support line; and additional services to support your treatment journey. Specific services, labs, and medications may vary by product and by the professional entity providing your care.

Can I pause or skip instead of canceling?

Yes. You may pause, skip, or adjust your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. This option is available before your next billing date and is a no-commitment alternative to cancellation.

What if my provider determines I am no longer eligible?

If your provider determines you are no longer eligible for the subscription services, your subscription will be canceled, and a refund may be issued for the unused portion. Contact support@myrnk.com with any questions regarding eligibility-based cancellations.
